In case you did not fully understand the information in the Context Help section or the relevant Video Tutorial, we recommend that you visit the Help Center or the F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions) sections. 1. Go to the member’s login page; 2. Log in using your username and password. (You have received your login information with the confirmation mail after you signed up for our services); 3. Having successfully logged into the Control Panel, mouse over the Support link in the top left corner of the navigation menu. A drop-down menu will appear with the following options: Help Center, View Open Tickets, View Closed Tickets and Video Tutorials. Click on Help Center. Step-By-Step F.A.Q. Overview
1. A page with a keyword search box and a list of topics is displayed.
![]() You can now do one of the following: • enter a keyword (for instance, domain registration) and click on the Search Now button to send immediate search request to our database for an answer to your inquiry.
• click on the Request Help link, which gives you the opportunity to open a ticket via our Support Ticket System.
• go to the next step. 2. Once the search has been completed, click on that particular topic in the list with the results, which corresponds to your problem, which will take you to the specific problem’s explanation.
3. If you still haven’t managed to find your question in the list with the topics or have not found the answer to your question helpful enough, please perform one of the following actions: • click on the Request Help link located below each description to open a Trouble Ticket, or
• go to the Help Center section in the navigation menu and choose Video Tutorials from the drop-down menu to learn more about the various Control Panel sections and their functions. |
