New Invoice Manager and Recurring Manager

FreeHostia has introduced two new sections in the web hosting control panel – the Invoice Manager and the Recurring Manager. Both sections are located under the My Account menu on your web hosting control panel. At FreeHostia, billing is integrated within the web hosting control panel, which makes it easy for customers using our web hosting plans to make payments and manage recurring contracts at the same place where they manage their domains and web sites.

Invoice Manager

The new Invoice Manager is the place where you can view and print your invoices. For each purchase (sign-up, upgrades, domain registrations/transfers, renewals etc.) our system generates an invoice. You can find all invoices in the Invoice Manager section. You can search invoices by date. This makes it easy for you to manage your expenses and review previous payments as well as print invoices.

Recurring Manager

About a month ago FreeHostia introduced a new recurring billing system. A recurring contract is created when you sign up for a paid hosting plan or renew your existing hosting plan and also when you register a domain name or purchase other services. In the Recurring Manager section of your web hosting control panel you can view active recurring contracts. You view the status, the creation date, the amount and the service, which each contract is for. You can also see when the next charge will be and you can cancel contracts if you do not want to be billed automatically.
